Ministers Council Senate will meet at the Green Lake Conference Center Saturday, August 14, through Wednesday, August 18, with Executive Committee arriving on Friday, August 13. Both sessions (Senate and Executive Committee) will begin at 7:00 p.m. The new Senator Orientation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14. All new Senators are encouraged to attend unless travel will not allow arrival by beginning of the session. Senators are expected to remain for the entire meeting which concludes following the Tuesday, August 17 banquet to be held in the Bauer Dining Room. Banquet begins at 7:00 p.m. and concludes after 9:00 p.m. so departures are usually on Wednesday morning.
For those that are flying to the meeting and have requested transportation to/from the conference center, please be aware that your departure from the conference center will be approximately 2-3 hours before your scheduled flight time.
