TOGETHER IN MINISTRY 2009 APPLICATION

 

You are invited to apply for a grant to fund a collegial covenant group in 2009. All applications must be submitted to your constituent Ministers Council to be reviewed for completeness before September 1, 2008, and through that body submitted to the national Ministers Council office. Applications to the national office must come from constituent Councils and be postmarked by October 31, 2008. Please read the document Together in Ministry 2009 Application Process and the Together in Ministry booklet for important information before you complete this form (posted on www.ministerscouncil.com). In order to be considered, please fill in the form below and print it out.  They must be received by mail and NOT by email or FAX.

 

If your group was funded for 2008, in addition to completing this form for 2009 funding you will also need to complete an evaluation instrument as part of your re-application process. TIM group contact persons will be notified by email in May that the forms are posted on the website.
